Description
Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer; assist in installing the equipment, analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that customer demands.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a College Graduate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or its equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience as Service Engineer.
- Remarkable skills in General Services within machinery equipment and supplies merchant industry.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical or electronic equipment.
- Physically able to meet requirements of the job which may include, working in confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment, and bending down frequently.
- Must have a vast technical knowledge on Pumps and Motors.
- Provide after sales support during site visits such as Check-up, Troubleshooting, Repair, Testing & Commissioning and Preventive Maintenance.
- Manage site installation, repair, maintenance and testing & commissioning tasks
- Provide accurate, clear and complete service reports or technical documentations
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
